The haute cuisine restaurant Los Guayres, which has recently been awarded the Michelin Star, the Sol de Repsol and the Travellers' Choice 21 from Tripadvisor, is located in the Hotel Cordial Mogán Playa. Its three tasting menus offer a signature cuisine that reinterprets the gastronomic tradition of the Canary Islands, using the best local ingredients, fusing it with the most excellent foreign products and relying on the most modern culinary techniques; all from the hand of chef Aléxis Álvarez and his wonderful kitchen and dining room team.
